Since early age, I have been fascinated by people, their inner worlds, and the ways we grow through life’s experiences. Psychology was always my curiosity, but my journey first led me into the corporate world. For years I worked in fast paced environments, gaining valuable skills in communication, leadership, and supporting others through challenges. Yet, something deeper was stirring – I felt a calling for more purposeful work, a path that would allow me to connect with people on a more human and meaningful level.
That calling led me back to psychology and into counselling, where I found the work that feels most aligned with who I am. As a Person-Centred Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I value meeting each client as an unique individual, walking alongside them with compassion and respect. My own journey has taught me how life changes can shake us, but also how they can open doors to transformation and self-discovery.
Many of the people I support come to me during times of transition – whether it is in relationships, career, health, or identity – when the familiar falls away and questions about self, purpose, and direction emerge. I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore these changes, reconnect with your inner compass, and find new ways forward.
I see counselling not just as problem solving, but as a process of rediscovering your strength, autonomy, and sense of self. Whether we work simply through conversation, or bring in psychological tools, stillness, meditation, and reflection, my aim is to support you in re-aligning with who you truly are.
If my journey resonates with you, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on yours.
I have clinical supervision on a monthly basis to ensure I am working ethically and safely in accordance with the current BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This ensures good practice allowing us to get the most out of our sessions together.
